Scope
These terms cover the Made with Aether website and Made with Aether products, including Dial. By using them, you agree to use them lawfully and not to interfere with their operation or other people’s use.
Release information
The website describes current products and plans. A planned date, feature, platform, or service may change before release and is not a guarantee of availability. Where a TestFlight or App Store link is provided, installing through it is still subject to Apple's own terms and does not itself constitute a purchase.
Apple services and purchases
When a product is distributed through Apple, downloads, billing, subscriptions, refunds, and Apple services are also subject to the terms and controls presented by Apple and the product at that time.
Your content
You retain responsibility for the content you enter into a product. The product may store, process, or send that content only to provide the functions you select, as described in the Privacy policy.
Our work
The Made with Aether name, product names, site design, app design, text, code, and supplied media remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not grant permission to copy or redistribute them beyond ordinary use of the website or product.
Service limits
Made with Aether products are tools, not medical care or a promise of a particular focus, health, or productivity outcome. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and products are provided as available, without a guarantee that they will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
